Rules and Regulations
Acknowledged Prior to Booking

1. Booking and Payment:

a. Minimum booking duration: 1 hour
b. Full payment required at the time of booking.c. Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled 24 hours in advance; no refund
for cancellations within 24 hours. Management reserves the right to cancel for occurrences such as unforeseen weather hazards or repairs that would affect
the use of the conference room.

2. Conduct and Behavior:

a. No disruptive behavior or excessive noise that may disturb other
building occupants.
b. No illegal activities or activities that violate Federal, California or Local
laws.
c. No use of offensive or discriminatory language.

3. Capacity and Usage:

a. Maximum capacity: 20 people.
b. Approved purposes: Meetings, seminars, workshops, interviews, video/
phone conference calls and training sessions.
c. No subletting or sharing the premises with unauthorized individuals or
organizations.

4. Equipment and Facilities:

a. Available equipment: Comcast High-Speed Internet with Unify Dream Wall
system connected directly to conference table ethernet ports, 14 office chairs
around the conference table, lounge area with two seats, LG Smart TV,
Logitech Rally Plus video conferencing system, Yealink conference phone,
HDMI cable, Ethernet cable, Whiteboard, Waters, Keurig Coffee Maker and
Coffee Pods, Cups, Pens, Markers and Notepads.
b. If any items are reported missing after your booking you will be charged
300% of the item cost and could have criminal consequences.
c. Clients must report any malfunctioning equipment immediately.

5. Security and Liability:

a. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment.
b. The premises must be locked and secured when not in use.
c. The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of clients’
property.

6. Smoking and Alcohol:

a. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the conference room or inside the
building.
b. Consumption of alcohol permitted only with prior approval and adherence
to local regulations.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

a. Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing
requirements related to their specific activities.
b. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for
their events.

8. Cleanliness and Maintenance:

a. Clients must leave the conference room in the same clean and tidy
condition as they found it or else a cleaning fee may be assessed at 20% of the
booking total price.
b. Report any damage or maintenance issues to the management
immediately.

9. Termination of Agreement:

a. The management reserves the right to terminate the agreement or cancel
a booking if clients fail to comply with the rules or engage in misconduct.
b. The management may refuse service to clients who have previously
violated the rules or caused damage.

Conference Room listed herein and I will ensure to abide by them.
